PAYMENT FOR FCL AND LCL
1. The buyer when providing the purchase order must pay 50%.
2. Additional 50% must be paid at the time of shipment.
3. Wire, Check, Master Card, VisaCard, or American Express Card, can also make payment for Full at the time of Container Loads. As order we expect a down payment of at least 50% on placement of all orders and full payment at shipment on receipt of the shipping documents.

Term:
All sales merchandise are final. No return of sold goods, no exchange (No cash refunds for purchased merchandise including shipping & handling fees).
Payment must be cleared before deliver/pick-up. Non-Refundable 50% deposit required when ordering. Item not pick-up with 2 weak of arrival at our warehouse will be abandoned. Rigel Fine Bali And Java Furniture will not be responsible for any damage caused by trucking deliver/shipping.
All returned item must be in good condition, with its original packaging and any accessories. You have 14 day from receiving your merchandise to return it. And 20% re-stocking fee is charges for all non-defective item returned.
Merchandise retuned after 30 days will not be accepted. All shipping and handling charges are paid by the customer and are not refundable. We offer free delivery to anywhere in Southern California for order over $ 500 before tax.
Most purchases are shipped from warehouse in Santa Clarita with DHL, to arrive within five business days of receipt of the order. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by mail.
Note: Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.
We regret that we cannot ship to foreign countries.
Delivery Surcharges
Because furniture, rugs and other large items are bulky and heavy, our cost to ship them is higher; therefore, these large items have a delivery surcharge. This charge is listed in parentheses ($) after the item price and is in addition to regular delivery charges.

Rush Delivery
For an extra charge of $15 per address, we can arrange for rush delivery to most destinations.
