April 25' 2005 Just wanted to let you know that I am SO impressed with your products, but especially your CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I ran across your things at the COD. I loved one of your chairs, but talked myself out of it. Then I regretted not having bought it, and went back there yesterday. It was raining in Redlands (where I live), and I had my 9 month old with me and no idea how I'd get the chair to my truck, much less home in the rain, but I was determined. When I got there, the chair I wanted wasn't there. I thought the whole chair-buying project was doomed! But your very helpful guy said "No problem! We'll deliver it for free, how does tomorrow sound?" Wow! And then another very nice guy shows up with the chair the next day right on time. I just wanted to let you know that this was the most positive experience I've had buying something in a VERY long time. Between that, and the fact that your merchandise is beautiful and fairly priced, I will be checking your website regularly for items to purchase in the future. Put me on your mailing list when you start putting out a catalogue!

Thank you so much for dropping off the floor lamp to
us in Silverlake. I put it up as soon as you dropped
if off and I totally LOVE it. Paul got home from work
and saw it immediately and wowed on how great it went
with our living room furniture and the light the lamp
puts out is great. It was a pleasure meeting you at
the Pasadena and we will defently be
checking your website to see what other terrific
merchandise you have available. We really like the
Nichole chair and wondering what the price would be
for 6 of them. Thnx again Mike and hope your crew gets
