PAYMENT FOR FCL AND LCL
1. The buyer when providing the purchase order must pay 50%.
2. Additional 50% must be paid at the time of shippment or before we send all documents.
3. Wire, Check, Master Card, Visa Card, or American Express Card, can also make payment express for Full Container Loads. As order we expect a down payment of at least 50% on placement of all order and full payment at shipment on receipt of the shipping documents.
4. To Purchase by phone we do accepted Visa Card, Master Card and American Express Card
All sales merchandise are final (No cash refunds for purchased merchandise including shipping & handling fees). If you received damaged merchandise, please notify your carrier immediately that the shippment was received "damaged". All returned items must be in good condition, with its original packaging and any accessories. You have 14 days from receiving your merchandise to return it and 20 % re-stocking fee is charged for all non-defective items returned. Merchandise returned after 45 days will not be accepted.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
All shipping & handling charges are paid by the customer and are not refundable. We offer free delivery to anywhere in California for orders over $ 500 before Tax.
